Yes, they are low impact advanced workouts, however some workouts like all upper body, or barre, and yoga (yes, finally a yoga workout, ) can be modified for all fitness levels.

Really too hard to answer until editing is underway. But I'm not planning on exceptionally long workouts since the trend these days seems to be for shorter workouts.
