Who is the lady in the Intensity Series???

Hi. I know this is probably a strange question but who is the lady in the Intensity Series. When you log on to the Cathe site you see a pic of Cathe and two other women. The one i'm refering to is the lady at the back, with dark hair and skin. She is in the entire intensity series. She is the fittest Woman i've ever seen. She is sooo lean and muscular. I would love to know what diet she follows to attain such great abs and such low body fat.

Thank you all so much. Yes it was her that i was talking about. She is the leanest woman i've seen and i think she is an excellent role model to women (as is Cathe). Not only can you be lean, but strong and frim too. Model thin is just not attractive. Not to me at least.

I agree with you, I think Jai looks great! I'd much rather have a muscular and healthy looking figure like Jai and Cathe - or any of the crew for that matter - than a skinny little body.

Wow, she does look great! She is the poster woman for what I want to look like! It is great having such wonderful muscular, fit role models such as Cathe and her crew.
