Who is pregnant and doing Dec 08' rotation?

I was just wondering. I have been feeling so much better lately (done with the 1st trimester) but am a little worried about working out hard now that I'm pregnant. I tried a prenatal workout by Gabrielle Reese (really good but...) but it's only 15 minutes a workout. I know I need to check with my doctor, I was just curious what ya'll were doing. :)

the simple answer is do what you feel like doing.
as you get bigger you'll gradually slow down and know when you need to modify.

oh, and you're not supposed to lay on your back after the 1st tri. - can cut off blood flow to the baby. go on an incline for chest/tricep work.

enjoy your pregnancy!:D

Thanks Chefkate. I just have been feeling like a slob lately not doing anything so I might try to do this rotation but like you said, see how I feel and go from there. :)
It feels so good to stretch, I def need to get some yoga work in too. I can't wait for STS to come. That will be a perfect way for me to get back in shape after the baby.

Stretch to a point- but you can actually overstretch and injur yourself in pregnancy as the body makes hormones that make your joints more lax. Just be careful with the yoga- perhaps get a prenatal yoga video? I am 25 or so weeks along now and I do just about everything the same still, especially lifting-wise, but I do get some sharp pains when I get too high on the treadmill inclines, walking. I have not suffered on step or kickbox at all...

GOod luck!
