Who here is a trainer?

I am, and I'm VERY lucky because it's a full time job. It just proves that sometimes you get what you wish for!

Me too! Currently I have about 6 clients and I work as a group fitness instructor, teaching level 1 pilates, kickboxing, step, bosu, and weight training. It's great fun!

I REALLY have to pace myself and not over-do it. I'm taking it easy this week because I have to take a week off every 9-12 weeks, which means I only teach classes and do nothing extra.

It's really a dream job!

Well, I've just started to train in the past few months as an addition to my already existing and busy skin care business. Boy, it is just crazy now! Before I was exercising 60-90 min a day, but now I have to have an occasional day off because of the lack of time. I do love it, but it is a lot more work that I thought it would be. I don't "exercise" with clients -- I may demonstrate -- I rather watch the form and correct it or spot. If I didn't do anything that day I may do the squats, lunges and abs with the ladies.
So between the skin care and the training I'm truly between "cheek to cheek" all day long. Mari :) :)
