Who has the best Pilates DVD?

I want to know who is the best Pilates teacher cause that is the one I want to get.... I have Winsor, but if someone else teaches better I want to find out............. thanks, Rhonda

I'm a fan of Stott Pilates. I like Core Challenge a lot. I also like Core Balance. She is very clinical and it takes a bit of time to set up the moves but she makes it seem like it makes sense. I get what they mean about connecting the breath to the movement. It doesn't make sense with other instructors.

I have read good reviews about the 3rd and 4th levels of her Ball Series. I don't have those yet. Strong and Streamlined is pretty good too. That one I've got. Secrets to Flat Abs is the first of that series and too basic. Always try to get the 3rd or 4th because it'll cover what's in the first but with less instructions and a fster pace.
