Who has the best body? (besides Cathe)

Coming from a former personal trainer, I kind of see where he's going here. Words like "toned" and "build muscle" etc are sometimes different for everyone, yet a picture tells a thousand words. Kind of like at a hairdressers. Just be sure and pick a body that is the same body type as yours or you're just wasting your time. I'd love to look like Cathe but no personal trainer will ever shrink me 3 inches or get rid of my hips to make me like her. I'd have a much better chance bringing a picture of say, Cedie, although her roadtrips pictures are making me rethink that! My guess is the personal trainer wants to see how much muscle she is wanting to build. Just a guess! Good luck!

>Quick question...why does your husband need to understand?

He needs to understand I'm not going for the huge body builder look. When I say words like "cut, buff, 6-pack abs" I think I scare him. Maybe he's afraid I'll be able to knock him out? j/k :p

>Another question...are those American Alpines? Are they
>yours?

They are my dairy goats but the breed is Oberhasli aka "the red deer" I make goat milk soaps, lotions and other bath and body products.

Sometimes, when the good ole country boys come to the house and see the goats in the pasture they ask how I caught those deer! During hunting season they have to wear bright orange collars because I am afraid they will get shot. I love my goaties! Here's a baby picture of one of the kids born this spring.

I grew up raising goats. We had all American Alpine, bred them, milked them and showed them in county fairs. We alway had to borrow the male though...too stinky too keep one with a penis so we always neutered them....then the boys triple in size!LOL!! We always kept a very tight watch on our during hunting season...it made us too nervous. The hill billy's here get so drunk they shoot each other...one glimpse of one of our babies and it would be all over!

It was fun...most amazingly fun and playful animals!LOL!!! I love it when they get all excited and run sideways!LOL!! Goat milk is darn good! We would make fudge and yogurt. I'd love to get my hands on your lotions and soaps!
