is spoiled by Cathe?

I mean, I try, really try to like other instructors, but evertime they seem to disappoint me...

I received, Rock,Steady, Step from Netflix today, I find it was okay, but really complex...I am thinking this one will take me a long time to get down.

Yes I know what your saying,I've got other instructors but always grab cathe, she's just easy to listen too,and funny, and well good at what she does!

Totally agree with you both Amy and Jen. I did LIC tonight and sweat was actually dripping in my eye, not too good with contacts and mascara on. Great workout tonight.

Yes...I agree too. I've tried step classes at the gym and other classes, and I've tried different instructors thru videos, but nothing compares to Cathe! She rocks!

Without a doubt I am. The thing is though, I don't discount other instructors, I just have a higher standard in what I'm looking for ;)

Yes we are spoiled by Cathe, but on the other hand I also enjoy Rock Steady Step. Yes, it is complex but it's a good solid step workout. The first time I did it I fell flat on my a$$ during the first combo. It took about 3 months for me to get brave enough to try it again. It's a regular in my rotation now and I've since added Seasun's The Next Step and CIA Double Cardio to my collection.

i am previewing amy bentos hi lo and tracy stahls high intensity step. I am thinking that they are nothing like Cathe!! lol. dont get me wrong i think they are challenging but the music and directions are completely diff. But, i am looking for some variety

Yep! I have Amy's hi/lo xtreme and kickbox xtreme and Tracey's HISM and, while they are good, they won't replace Cathe....

Does any know if their is a way to purchase just PLYO X?
I had the P90X, but sold it about a month after receiving it. It just wasn't for me. But I did love PLYO X!

TIA ~ :)

Cathe is my favorite, the quality of the workouts, the quality of the DVD'S, I could go on and on, but i am doing P90X now, and I really like Tony, totally different, but I like him. The quality of the DVD'S doesn't compare, but it is still worth the investment.

I love my Cathe workouts, but right now I'm really enjoying changing things up! It has been so good for me. I'm on an Amy Bento/Functional Fitness kick right now and I was sore in places last week, I'm not usually sore in. This last year or so, I've realized that changing things up benefit my mind and my body. There have been times when I've flopped and done exactly what you described, popped something in and took it right out or thought, what a waste and never again! But, I now have a nice and varied selection of non-Cathe workouts that I'm enjoying a lot! I also find that it keeps my Cathe workouts fresh and I enjoy them even more after a "break" from them. It was several years, though, before I had the desire to even try out anyone but Cathe.
