Who does something even if you don't like it?

No! i'm glad you pointed that out! i swear! i am NOT kidding when i say this....i just picked up paint samples at Lowe's last week and THAT blue is the color i choose to paint my workout room!!! i love that color:) it looks great! i love the floors and you OF COURSE look marvelous! chico cracks me up....he and pj would be great friends! do you use your treadmill? mine stays in that position:-(

I get into periods where I do nothing but treadmill, then go back to Cathe for Cardio. I had a serviceman earlier this year & he commmented on the mileage I already had on it.

Wow! How weird is that for wallpaint? I love the colors in my home! Now you have to post pics from your exercise room.

Great thread!

I hate to exercise my back and biceps. Whenever I do a split I always do these parts last. And sometimes there's just not enough time during the week to fit these in.....;)

I also have to force myself to do yoga. It's so good for me, I feel like a million bucks after my workout is over, it keeps my chronic back pain at bay, etc... But, I'd rather do laundry than do yoga. It just moves too slowly for me. And the whole breathing thing. Sweet mother. I always end up hyperventilating.
 
Ugh, I can't stand doing hi-lo! I'd do KPC 6 days a week before I'd buy a hi-lo workout. Don't know about the Imaxes, though. I've had Imax 3 for 4 months now, and I'm still scared to open it!:7
 
Ohhhh!!! Hi-lo is my favorite! I just love the feeling of bouncing around, getting sweaty! Old-school aerobics! Major fun!

I do things I don't like all the time.

I hate working legs and abs. But I will FORCE myself to do them because I would be sorta funny looking with a fab upper-body and terrible legs and abs. And sometimes I REALLY don't feel like working out (like yesterday) ... but I do it anyway. I just turn off my brain and do it. It may only be treadmill or easy Cathe step, but I still do it.

I go to work because I have to pay the bills.

I walk past the peanut butter aisle because I want to have less bodyfat ;-)

If you force yourself to do it anyways sometimes you might end up liking it. There are a few workouts I feel like that about. I'd say this really isn't so bad and eventually...sometime even look forward to it.
Sorry I'm a newbie to the forum so I hope this is ok.
 
i do yogaX even though i don't like yoga... i do it cuz i know it's good for me... i have a huge dread factor with it though... but once i'm into it.. it's ok.... i guess.... but it's 90 minutes! ugh!

I hate corework with a passion but I'd love to have flat abs (one day). I love the stability ball and have to get a new one as mine is not big enough and refuses to stay inflated anyway.

I'm not a huge lover of intervals, but am trying to MAKE myself do IMAX3 at least once a week. I also hate anything that starts with the word "power" (i.e., power scissors, power squats, etc.) but am learning to struggle through those as well!
