Who Besides Myself Must Get In Shape For The Trip?

I did BM2 - Scrambled Eggs - yesterday, and now I am trying to figure out what to do today. It has been a really bad day for me. I need to relieve stress so I'll probably go for the cardio again.

Since getting Cardio Hits it is so hard to choose because all 3 workouts are great and I also got Step Blast which is a Blast. Decisions, decisions.

I need to amp up my cardio, too! I'm so worried about passing out after all that working out with Cathe!

And we won't be able to pause her, will we, like we can do at home??:+

I'm another one who would like to lose a little weight and work on my cardio endurance before the August RT, but I won't stress too much if I don't. These are goals I need to work on anyway, long-term. I think I'll have enough forum friends there that I won't feel too self-conscious about my wobbly bits.

Actually, I'm going to have to remember that we're in person, not on TV so I can't cuss her out like I normall do when she makes me do stuff I don't want to do...like the millionth set of roll-ins.
