Who are Your Favorite Fitness Instructors and Why?

I should give props to Sara Ivanhoe for yoga. I did do Basic Yoga for Dummies for a good while, but decided that since I had to force myself to do yoga, it really wasn't for me, I just didn't reap the benefits that most people get from it, but Sara is a great instructor, I did enjoy her teaching manner.

Cathe's athletic-style stretch tapes fit the bill quite nicely.

1. Cathe -intensity, quality, down to business so I don't waste time, good personality.

2. Amy B -Her highlow and kickboxing are a blast! I love learning her steps. She is super friendly on her forum.

3. Jari- I also love her calm personality and focus. The workouts make me feel great and work!

4. Chalene -sometimes I need something a little lighter and fun to keep me going. or when I start to fall out due to anything I can start up easier with Chalene.

5. Kimberly Spreen -I only have two of her workouts so I don't do them as often but I do enjoy them and her personality. I wish she'd come out with more and make sure they are advanced. I did do one that I didn't like at all and returned to collage.

I used to do Tae Bo but I think I burned out on it completely and Amy and Cathe filled that void. I did it for a long time though and am glad his workouts were there too. I also used to do the Firm which I haven't touched in a long while. I Do have a few of Tracy Longs new workouts I found used and haven't tried them yet! lol. I need to! I love Tracey's personality and teaching style.
