yummy with rosemary. it also has white potatoe,squash,and zuccini,and can of diced tomato. what should i eat with it? i make corn bread but that means more butter,or seedless sugarless blackberry jam. any suggestions?
Your soup sounds yummy - would you mind posting the recipe? (I had posted an earlier thread asking about recipes for beans, so your question piqued my interest). Have you tried adding whole wheat pasta to it?
I 2nd the ww pasta idea, but you could also make some ww garlic bread--just use a very little bit of extra virgin olive oil and rub it good with the cut side of a garlic clove.
i buy 14 1/2 oz can of crushed tomatos or diced crushed in a blender and less water-i think 1 1/2 quarts,maybe more. i don't think parsey is needed and i leave out the celery(don't like it). i cheat a little and buy a can of diced potatoes.
