I am going to commit to a rotation for August, should I do Slim Series or March Fatloss with the gang? I am really trying to lose these last 8-10 pounds,I know that eating clean is very important, and that Kit was telling me how difficult it is to lose it while nursing but if I am going to workout (which is my antidepressent) than I want the most bang for my buck. Any thoughts? THAnk you all
