I was hoping that the experts here could help me figure out which workouts, if any are adaptable to using resistance bands, instead of weights. I find my muscles get the same workout, but it's easier on the joints when I use my bands. Mostly I was looking for cardio options for days when it is too cold to go outside to run, but the prices on the sets are rather attractive, and wasn't sure which ones would be the easiest to modify for band use. Thanks!
