not cathe but i have the tendency to slouch as well. what helps me is S&H and GS back workouts. You want to do heavy weights with rows to get those rhomboids which is the muscle between the shoulder blades and middle traps. its also important to work the posterior delts with rear flys. i find that i need to limit my chest workouts slightly b/c my chest muscles tend to dominate which makes rounded shoulders even worse. hope this helps some.
