Actually, most of Cathe's weight workouts are endurance, except for S & H, though some are more endurance-based than others.
The most endurance-based are PH, ME, SS and P/P (and probably some others I'm forgettiing right now).
Cathe once posted a chart showing the various workouts and where they fit on a continuum from endurance to strength. Recall S&H being at the strength end, with the Pyramids one step down. But the Pyramids are still pretty endurance-based the way they are done (putting in longer breaks and using heavy weights can make them more strength based). The chart was up-to-date through the Intensities, but I don't know if it included the BB workouts?
