Which Weight Workout?

Hi All,
With the presale, I thought I'd buy some new workouts. I cannot decide between the Gym Styles, PUB, Slow and Heavy, and possibly Pure Strength. Right now I do full body weight training and various circuit workouts, but I'd like to start focusing on one or two parts/day. I am not getting enough DOMS with full body workouts. I have a barbell, and adjustable dumbbells,a medicine ball, and a stability ball.

I probably will get two dvds, but DH will not be happy with my spending. ;-)

I think you should get Slow & Heavy or Gym Style's. They are both great! I think if I had to pick one it would be S&H.
 
Exactly as others have said. Get both S&H and Gym Styles. They are the core of my weight training. Wouldn't want to be without them.

Thank you all for your advice. I decided to get Gym Styles and Slow and Heavy for now. Eventually I will get PUB and PLB too.
