Which weight training video do you recommend?

Have to admit that I don't do weight train as consistantly as I should, but I want to change that.

That said, which of Cathe's weight videos would you recommend? I caught the Lower Body Pyramid on Fit TV and it seemed very interesting. I know I'd have to do lower weights at first, but something about the going up and down in weight just seemed different and intersting enough that I thought I might like it.

Suggestions and comments, please???:)

Well, if you're looking for "different" and "interesting," maybe S/S and P/P would be a good choice? They both come on the same DVD (though, unfortunately, there are no premixes combining elements from the two) and are considered by many to be less intense than Cathe's typical weight workouts (but that doesn't mean they're 'easy' by any means. Some of the premixes can be quite tough.), and the exercises are sequences in more of a circuit set-up, which can be less monotonous than straight set (3 sets of exercise X in a row before moving on, for example) workout. The music is fun, too.

Check out the clips and see what you think.

My favorites are PUB/PLB and Maximum Intensity Strength. PUB/PLB can be monotonous but I found that it really helped me perfect my form.

Have fun!

Thanks for your suggestions. I just ordered Supersets/PushPull from eBay. (I think I'm almost as excited as all of you who got or are getting the new DVDs!) I definitely want to get the Pyramid dvd...maybe for Christmas from DH! Heck, I'll probably get the Gym Series, too, at some point!!!

I think you guys on the forum are rubbing off on me; I want them all! I guess I'll just treat myself to a new workout after I feel I've mastered some of the ones I already have!

Thanks again!
