Which Videos Should I Get?

This is my second month doing an "official" Cathe video rotation, and I'm loving it! Despite having received a HUGE order of her videos a couple of months ago, I'm noticing that I still have to sub for quite a few videos, so I'm thinking of placing another order soon...}( . I've already pre-ordered the new videos, of course!

So I'd like to avoid spending more than another $200 or so. (I can't believe I just said that. My husband is going to kill me! :p ) Which of these videos should I definitely order?

-Total Body Stretching (because Stretch Max gets old after a while!)
-Ab Hits (although I already have Core Max)
-HSTA
-CTX DVD (expensive, but I've been hearing good things)
-Supersets & Push/Pull (the only BB Series that I don't have. Doesn't seem to show up in rotations much though.)
-Circuit Max/Cardio Kicks
-Cardio Hits

I'm guessing I'll probably end up with CTX, HSTA, and one or two others. Just looking for advice before I spend spend spend! ;-)

I would say for sure CTX. HSTA is a fun one. I have Ab hits and use it a lot. Supersets & Push Pull has some really great premixes....My DH most likely thinks I am crazy...:)...but I have most all of Cathe (except the beginner ones), and I think you are on the way there...:)

I totally am, and my credit card shows it! I'm pretty sure I won't be happy until I've got them ALL, so maybe I should just go ahead and get them all at once. But that would be another $300+...yikes!

I vote with Carole! CTS, HSTA, SS/PP, and Ab Hits. I don't have Ab Hits but it's in my cart! }(

Definitely CTX and SS/PP are awesome. I personally prefer HSC to HSTA but if you like high step workouts, having both is great for more variety. Of course, you know with Cathe you can't go wrong whatever you choose.

CTX is very useful. Excellent cardio routines that can be doubled up easily for a full cardio-blast hour, and some solid weight training, of which Leaner Legs is a gem: quick and dirty and gets the job done.

Then I would get Circuit Max, one of Cathe's best workouts ever made and seriously underestimated I think. It has some of her best cardio options and choreography and kicks my butt every time. So much better and more innovative than MIC and with much better music. It's a real high energy fest. Circuit Max is the only workouy that Cathe forum members repeatedly ask Cathe to reissue with better chaptering, that's how much some of us love it. Re-chaptering would make it more versatile, but you can play around with it as is. I do. When Cathe swaps to 2 mins weight work with compound moves, I prefer to grab the barbell or dumbells and churn out 2 mins of squats, or plie squats, or lunges, static or on or off step. This version makes this workout fabulous for anyone who wants to lean out their lower body, as well as push their cardiovascular endurance through the roof.

I like Supersets, but hate Push/Pull, it's so samey and lacklustre. So, I don't think that one is worth the money. The music on it sucks and it generally fails to inspire.

Unless you love circuit workouts, I wouldn't bother with HSTA either, especially if you already have the other high step workout from the hardcore series: you are just dulpicating for the sake of ownership, which I see no point in.

I don't know what you mean by "total body stretching." Ab Hits is mostly ab work rather than the newer focus on "core" and is good if you like that focus. It includes ab work from Cathe's early video output. However, if you have most of the Body Blast and the Intensity series, I wouldn't bother with Ab Hits, because the ab/core work on the I series is much better. And you already have Core Max.
