Which video to start with?

Normally for cardio I do the elliptical machine. However, I've started doing step again after 5 year break. Lately, I've been doing some Gin Miller tapes, but would like to try something Cathe tapes. The G. Miller tapes I've been doing are Cardio along with weight training. Would like to find a cardio video with weight training. I'm very interested in toning and losing approx 5-6 pound, but would like to workout no longer than 50 minutes or so. Any suggestions. Thanks.
 
Sounds to me like the CTX videos are for you!!! They're each about 60min long. Give or take a few minutes. You have an intense cardio section, then you train a bodypart. There are 6 videos to this collection, each one targeting a different muscle group. Just do one a day and hit your whole body in that week, with a rest day off. There cardio sections are different. There is step, kickboxing, and hi/lo. And on a couple of tapes you get all 3 styles in one workout!! If you can't afford or are not interested in the 6-pak, then I would reccomend CircutMax. Again, It mixes all styles of cardio, but you'll get a through strength and cardio workout in an hour or so.
