Which video should I buy to best satisfy my needs?

I am looking for videos to help tone. I have dumbells and a step at home and looking for a full body strength training program. I have an aerobic and cardio routine, so am not interested in that.

Do you have a program that you recommend from your DVD's that would help me create a good weekly program for a total body workout?

Hi Jaime! We have a couple of all weight DVD's. I would recommend the Pure Strength Series DVD and then later on you may also want to try the Slow and Heavy Series DVD. They both use a barbell as well as various weighted hand weights. While you can use all dumbells in place of the barbell, I honestly would say that you will get more out of the workouts if you also had a barbell. To use these workouts weekly simply do the following:

Pure Strength Series: Do three non-consecutive days per week. After 6 to 8 weeks you may want to do it two times per week.

EXAMPLE:

Mon: PS Legs and Abs
Wed: PS Chest Shoulders Triceps
Fri: PS Back, Biceps Abs

after 6 to 8 weeks

Mon: PS Chest Shoulders Triceps
Tues: PS Legs and Abs
Wed: PS Back, Biceps Abs
Thurs: OFF
Fri: PS Chest Shoulders Triceps
Sat: PS Legs and Abs
Sun: PS Back, Biceps Abs
