Which video or video series gave you best results

Hi all,

Didn't know how to work the poll thing, but I was wondering which video or video series gave you the best results? I have Mega Step Blast, S & H, and just ordered PS DVD. Thinking about CTX. I LOVE S & H!!!! That one gets my vote.:7
 
Hi---Here's what's worked for me:

Slow Heavy for building muscle; adding one day of Leaner Legs when I did a SH rotation did wonders for my legs.

IMAX, Circuit Max, CXT cardio sections, and BodyMax (cardio & leg circuits) for weight loss.

Powerstrike Millenium 1&2 for fine tuning strength, especially my lats and shoulders.

My "experimentation" with the Intensity Series was interrupted by an ice skating injury---I intend to ease myself into it after my orthopedist gives me the go ahead to start lifting weights again (2 weeks and 2 days--haha, who's counting?).

All Cathe rotations give me great results. If one gives me definiton, then the next will fine tune that definition. If one gives me lean legs and thins out my arms, then the next will add size to the bigger muscle groups. Some of my favorites are:
a CTX rotation using the series as is or doing each upperbody part 2x's per week
a PS rotation doing each PS tape 1x, Imax 2x's per week, and then MIS 1 x and another lower intensity cardio workout 1x.
PH 3x's a week with 3 mixed intensity cardios per week.
S&H doing each tape 1x per week with 3 cardio workouts that same week and one total body tape (PH, ME, MIS, Body Max)
 
I think there is just nothing like good old Slow and Heavy. I like to do that and add in an endurance weight workout so you get S&H once per week and endurance like CTX Upperbody and LL also. This seems to give me the most muscle definition.
