All Cathe rotations give me great results. If one gives me definiton, then the next will fine tune that definition. If one gives me lean legs and thins out my arms, then the next will add size to the bigger muscle groups. Some of my favorites are:
a CTX rotation using the series as is or doing each upperbody part 2x's per week
a PS rotation doing each PS tape 1x, Imax 2x's per week, and then MIS 1 x and another lower intensity cardio workout 1x.
PH 3x's a week with 3 mixed intensity cardios per week.
S&H doing each tape 1x per week with 3 cardio workouts that same week and one total body tape (PH, ME, MIS, Body Max)
