WHICH VIDEO IS IMAX ON?

ON THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO CATHE'S VIDEOS UNDER INTERVAL CARDIO IT LISTS IMAX, IMAX 2 AND IMAX 3. IVE LOOKED ALL OVER FOR IMAX AND CANNOT FIND IT. WHAT VIDEO ARE THEY REFERRING TO? I HAVE IMAX2,IMAX3 AMD TERMINATOR WITH IMAX EXTREME, IS IMAX EXTREME WHAT REFERRING TO?

Interval Max or IMAX is on the same dvd as Rhythmic Step. Rhythmic is step is a combo dvd with 3 workouts on them.

THANK YOU KASSIA, I APPRECIATE THE QUICK RESPONSE. (I'VE NEVER USED THE FORUMS BEFORE) WOULD YOU SUGGEST PURCHASING RHYTHMIC STEP? I LOVE STEP BLAST, AND IMAX2 AND IMAX3. BUT RHYTHMIC STEP ON FIT TV SEEMED NOT SO CHALLENGING (CARDIO).

RS is not as challenging impact wise like the IMAXES are but its a fun workout to learn. Maximum Intensity Cardio is on the same dvd. its a long (70 mins or so) mix of step and hi/lo floor aerobics. another tough but great workout. it was one of my first cathe cardios and i still use all workouts often.

RS is soooo much fun! I definitely recommend it. It's one of my favorite cardio workouts!
