I'm doing a rotation with Pyramids and Pure strength. I'm hoping to add a total body weight training workout for one day, and I'm wondering which one would fit best for developing strength. I'd love to hear your suggestions. I was wondering if either Supersets or Push & Pull would be good, and if there would be a good premix (with more reps) that you could recommend. I haven't done those two wo:s more than once or twice, so I don't remember where they fall on the strength / endurance axis. Or would MIS work better? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
