Which strength video for hubby?

Hi,

Which of Cathe's strength workouts would you rec for my husband?

He gets bored "very" easily (so I'm a bit hesitant in trying the S&H series :eek: )and wants a weight workout that isn't too long.

He currently runs daily. He's not looking for something to "build him up" but just for good fitness and muscle tone maintenance.

I'd recommend the Power Strength series for your hubby. I have read on a few posts that alot of hubbies do like the Slow and Heavy series as well. Another option might be to get the S&H series and have your husband only do one body part, ie. only half a tape at a time each day. I'm going to be doing a strength rotation soon with that concept.

Being a male & one of the few on the board.I recommend Pure Strenght Series and then Maximum Intensity Strength and Power Hour.They are all good.Slow & Heavy is excellent and he may like this as it is more of a gym style weight lifting video.Good luck.
 
Would you tell me what weights you started with - My husband wants to start lifting - he is in good shape already - I use free weights and have MIS and am getting the P/S (not legs). The highest weight I have is 15lb - what weight would you, as a male, recommend?
