Which of Cathe's strength workouts would you rec for my husband?
He gets bored "very" easily (so I'm a bit hesitant in trying the S&H series )and wants a weight workout that isn't too long.
He currently runs daily. He's not looking for something to "build him up" but just for good fitness and muscle tone maintenance.
