Of the three workouts Muscle Max, Muscle Endurance, and Power Hour which one do you guys think yields the best workout for the time? So far, I think PH is the toughest, but it may be just the difference between my strength and endurance levels on different days.
They are all good, but I'd say MM would give the most bang for your buck as far as hypertrophy and strength. If you're looking to increase endurance, then PH would fit the bill.
