which one is right for me 2

This is for anyone to answer since I really like Kathy's workouts I'm not new to step or weight workouts just hers. Which one should I start with?
 
All of the IMAX's are awesome (my favorites are Imax 2 and lowmax). I love Pyramid upper and lower, the gym style's are great too! To make it easier, you may want to start with her newest ones. They are all soo... good. CTX is also really good if you are ever in a crunch for time.

If you like dancier step choreography I would say Rhythmic Step or Step Blast.

If you like low impact step aerobics then try Low Max (trickier choreogrpahy) or Low Impact Circuit (basic Choreography), or Low Impact Step (a combo of easy and some tricky steps).

If you like moderate complexity but HIGH INTENSITY STEP, try Imax 2 or Imax 3 or Body Max (the original) or Body Max 2.

If you like circuit workouts with cardio and weights together, try Cardio & Weights, Drill Max, High Step Challenge, Step Jump and Pump

If you like all weights total body high rep, try Muscle Max, Muscle Endurance, or Power Hour

If you like all weights, with heavier weight try Pyramid Lower Body, Pyramid Upper Body or Gym Style Split Workouts

Thanks for answering. The current step system Iam doing calls for 3,5, and 8lb. dumbbells when I use yours with the barbells what wt. shoul I start with? You inspire me to workout even when I don't feel like it. I come home from work and watch your program on fittv. then I am motivated to move. Thanks for all you do.
