Which one has Athletic Drill or Plyo

WantFit

Cathlete
I can't do step no more. For some reason, even I did it in my basement, my husband who is in 2nd fl can hear my big stepping. I can only workout in really early AM. I am looking for athletic drill or plyo that can bring my heart rate up to alternate with my treadmill running. I can't run every day no more because my aging knees gave up.

I have almost all Cathe DVDs except some really old ones.

Thanks

Drill Max has only one step segment which isnt too bad. Kickmax has the high intensity drills which is about 15 minutes and so does Kick punch crunch. Maximum Intensity cardio has about 30 minutes of hi-lo how about bootcamp from the 4ds is about 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training. Step jump pump also has hi-lo

These are very helpful. Thank you.

Have you tried putting your step on a yoga mat or something similar to help muffle the sound? If it works, you might want to buy one to trim down to size so it fits more closely to the edge of the step so the mat doesn't become a tripping hazard.

A number of people on the board suggest the puzzle mats available at Home Depot (or was it Walmart) for putting on the hard cement floors of basements as a substitute for aerobic flooring. They would also help absorb some of the sound of the step and make for a larger area to put the step on then the yoga mat, which would be another way to avoid he tripping hazard.

Good luck.

The ones suggested are good ones. I also use 4DS Bootcamp... I think that's Cathe's best drills.

Non-cathe: P90X Plyo, P90X Intervals+.

Yes, I did have puzzle mat. I had them 3 yrs ago based on the information provided by this forum. I had foot fracture due to I did my step on concrete floor of my basement.

The puzzle mat works better than concrete. But it still slips sometime even though I put a mash thing underneath that. I can not wait to have my basement finished so that I can put all mats in the areas for our workout areas with walls around them. I guess that way it won't slip.
