Which of your DVD workouts are most like Body Pump?

I am looking for BP style workouts and want to know which are like these.

Also, which are your newest, within the last year, DVD workouts?

Hello,

I don't think there has been pure muscle endurance workouts from Cathe for the past few years. Her latest workouts is 4DS which has cardio then weights, before that it was circuit style workouts with BodyMax2, Low Impact Circuit, Drill Max and Butts & Gutts. You'll have to go back to the Intensity Series' Muscle Endurance workout or Cathe's very early Power Hour if you want BodyPump type mucle training. I would recommend these two. There is also Muscle Max and Maximum Intensity Strength (on the same DVD as Power Hour), these are medium heavy, medium reps weight training workouts.

I've heard that Power Hour is styled after Body Pump. I don't know what that is, but it's a nice hard workout. Killer on the lunges.

I've taken a Body Pump Class, and while Power Hour does come close, it's not the quite the same. Body pump uses very light weights in high endurance. I think Power Hour actually gives a better workout using real weight. But I will admit that the BP intructor was the one who taught me how to really work dead lifts.
