Hi, Sharona! I'm glad your new DVDs are starting to trickle in.

If you have been away from your exercise routine for a bit, I would suggest starting with Low Impact Circuit. I would also suggest previewing all of them to decide for yourself which one would be the next best for you. You may want to start with Body Max 2's regular step routine, and then see how you go with its Power Circuit segment and the weights.

I'm a bit confused about the DVD you got that is not part of the new releases:

There is one DVD that has Power Hour (PH), Maximum Intensity Strength (MIS) and Body Max. There is another DVD that has Rhythmic Step (RS), Maximum Intensity Cardio (MIC) and Interval Max ("IMax1"). Please check your DVD and let us know which one you have.

That being said, I would NOT try to do Interval Max right now. Give yourself at least four weeks of consistent exercise before attempting that one.

Just my opinion -

hi
i made a mistake i have the one with body max.
in bm2 the step routine u mean the step combos?
what do u think shell i start with body max from the PH dvd?
it "looks" harmless ;) comparing the others

thank u
sharona:)

Hi again, Sharona! Yes, with Body Max and Body Max 2, I'd suggest doing those after you have done Low Impact Circuit, focusing on the regular step routines before the power circuit segments; with the power circuit segments just pace yourself and see how far you can go. Then go on to the weight segments, being careful to pick weight loads that you can manage.

Having Body Max (still a wonderful workout after all these years) AND Body Max 2 in your hands makes for some tough decisions, doesn't it? Which one to do next?
