If I have Muscle Max, Gymstyles and 4DS and can only afford one Mesocyle, would I be better off with #2 or #3? I have been doing strength training for many years, but do not have a 6-8 rep type workout.
So would Cycle #3 be the next step, or do I need #2 between what I have now and Meso #3 someday in the future?
