WHICH LIS WORKOUT TO START WITH AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS OF NOT EXCERCISING?

Hi Cathy,

I was bad and lost my motivation to exercise, I just received my LIS Dvd's and i am very exited and MOTIVATED to start. Please suggest which of the DVD's I should start off with!

I've only done Yoga Relax so far, but it might be good to ease back into working out. You'll get a good stretch in preparation for some of the other workouts. Throughout the workout Cathe kept saying, "Do something good for you body."

Maybe I'll try TurboBarre tomorrow because I did Cycle Max Express & Yoga Max today and totally feeling it in my legs! (In a good way of course :p)
 
Don't forget to dig up Low Impact Circuit, Low Max, and Low Impact Step from 4DS, put them all together for a great mash up. Thats what I'm doing for the next two months. So many rotations and so little time!!!
 
Thanks everyone for your suggestions!!!! I was not able to wait for an answer so I went ahead & started with Slide & Glide...boy am I sore today.... i really enjoyed this workout...Thank you Cathe.:D
