I love the new series!! . Sometimes I make my own rotations and wondered about doing certain LIS workouts back to back. Since some of the workouts have cardio plus functional weight training can you do those on consecutive days (for example afterburn, cardio supersets and athletic training where you do use some weights and work your upper body)? Or should they be treated like a regular weight workout where you need to rest. Thanks! Leslie
