Which LIS should not be worked back to back?

Hi Cathe
I love the new series!! :). Sometimes I make my own rotations and wondered about doing certain LIS workouts back to back. Since some of the workouts have cardio plus functional weight training can you do those on consecutive days (for example afterburn, cardio supersets and athletic training where you do use some weights and work your upper body)? Or should they be treated like a regular weight workout where you need to rest. Thanks! Leslie

Great post--I would like an answer as well.

I found out the hard way not to try Cycle Max after Afterburn:eek:!

I was curious about this as well.

I noticed when Cathe released her November rotation, I noticed she did not put those types of workouts back-to-back (i.e. Afterburn and Athletic Training).

Along the same line I would like to know if there are any workouts I should not do before or after a Pilates-stick class. Every thursdays I have a class (1 hour) using a stick, a little like a resistance band. We do tons of bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder work, back rowing and suats galore!!! I remember last week doing STS #1 on Wednesday and my shoulders were screaming (and hurting later). It's always a full body resistance workout and it's done non-stop so there is an element of cardio as well.
Of course any Cathe fan can answer my question.

Rotation for LIS

Love the new series... I did afterburn DVD this morning WOW !!!

My usual workout is weights 3 days.. I do upper body one day (high rep DVD), lower body (high rep DVD) . then I'll do full body . Then cardio the remaining of the week. I never do weights back to back .Saturday is my rest day.
I noticed LIS November release there's cardio/weights back to back. Is it good to weight train everyday ? or when doing the LIS series .. should the cardio/weight DVDs be done every other day. Can you give me suggestions on a rotation
