Which is the best (toughest!) DVD?

I read about Cathe in today's Dallas Morning News and am dying to try her workouts! I enjoy the toughest classes I can find and think most home workouts are lame but Cathe sounds right up my alley. There are SO MANY to choose from.

Can some of you share your favorites?

I want a really tough workout and enjoy intervals. I like weight/cardio combo classes but will buy specific ones if that's what you recommend. Not picky on cardio - I like drills, step, kickbox, etc. I get bored easily and like a lot of variety.

Thanks for any help.

The best of the interval IMO are any of the Imax workouts. There is Interval Max, Imax2 and Imax3 which are step workouts and then interval blasts. Maximum Intensity Cardio is also a tough one. HI/Lo plus step. As for weight and cardio I'd recommend The Terminator DVD...:)...Carole

For all cardio intervals the Imaxes, there is Imax 1, 2 and 3, Imax3 being the tougest.

For a cardio and weight mix, get the Terminator and/or Hardcore Extreme. The Terminator has 3 very tough workouts, two are a mix of cardio ad weights and one extra long cardio and interval workout. Click on DVD and the then click on tell me more and that will give the workout description. For a fun, tough workout that is only 60 minutes long, get Boot Camp, it is cardio and weights circuits.

Thanks both of you...this helps me trying to weed thru all of them. I think I'm going to start with the Terminator.

For cardio: I recommend the IMAX workouts.

For kickbox: Kick, punch and crunch (KPC).

For a circuit workout: bootcamp.

For a strength: The pyramids.

For a cardio and weight mix long workout, get the Terminator and/or
Hardcore Extreme.

For a endurance workout: Muscle Endurance and/or upper body split of the CTX dvds and/or Power Hour.
