Which is better to maintain tone and definition - gym style or P/s

Help. I have three formal functions to go to. I have the dresses - all sleeveless.

My arms are my toughest part to stay toned. What is the best series to tone, and tighten and define? I don't want to build right now?

I have every series except CTX. I have done the Tank top rotation and like that but I was wondering if I should add in Gym styles?

What about muscle endurance and power hour? Do you think a combo of gymstyles,P/s and ME and PH?

Help? (I think I have to many workouts ) NEVER.;)
 
I like the Gym Styles the best, combined with Muscle Max. These have helped me maintain my shoulder definition, which is actually pretty good. And, they have such a good variety of excercises that they never get boring. Perhaps do something like this:

Sunday - GS upper, abs, short cardio
Monday - cardio
Tuesday - GS other upper body, abs, short cardio
Wednesday - GS Legs
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Muscle Max
Saturday - Rest

I love this rotation, but I usually time it so that my rest day is on a Monday. Also, I have access to a gym at lunch so I get some of my cardio done there (via a spin class).

I'll also do a rotation like the one above, but combine Pure Strength with Muscle Endurance or a longr Superset or Push Pull premix.
