which for best results?

I'm thinking of doing either the Intensity Series rotation or the newer twice a day rotation CAthe posted on the Ask Cathe board a few days/weeks back using mostly SH and PS. Which do you think would give me the best fat loss results?
 
According to the poll that was taken not too long ago I would shoot for Intensity Series for fat loss if I were you. Just my opinion take it or leave it.:D Kathy

I think Cathe posted the twice a day routine in response to someone who said they are hitting the beach in 3 weeks time so please help now!!!! I don't think twice per day is a routine anyone can or should keep up indefinitely unless a professional athlete: it's a sudden regime to adopt for quick results for a special occasion, but trying it long run could just knacker you out. So I vote for the Intensity series as a best long-term solution. I mean: don't you have other things to do during the day too besides exercise? Once per day keeps the doctor away.....

ACtually, no, I don't have anything better to do during the day than exercise. It's my job. So working out twice a day is not anything different than I am currently doing, and actually would be less. I'm working out in various forms 3-4 times a day at the moment.
 
Good for you Cbell! I try to workout twice per day. I workout for 80-90 minutes in the morning with weights and cardio at night. I've been doing a rotation of SH and PS and have seen amazing results. I really don't have much fat to loose, but I did notice a visible difference in my waist. And to my amazement, this morning I saw the outlines of where my 6 pack is going to be!:) Although I do use the ME abs quite often from the Intensity series.
