I'v been doing Cathe for about a year. Love it and the workouts are addicting!
The works, I like for burning alot calories yet getting toned are some of her total body workouts that include cardio:
1. Bootcamp (circuit training) : Love this video! Tough!
2. Step, jump, and pump
3. Cardio and weights
These are all total body workouts plus cardio. I'd only do total body workouts 2 - 3 x per week, to supplement your other cardio.
