Oh...good point :)

Well, I am the classic pear shape (rats!). So, I would like to lose the 'junk in the trunk' and tone up. The upper body needs work too but not as much as the lower (in terms of fat storage). Both need muscle.

I'm looking to lose the fat, which I estimate to be 15 - 20 lbs, and tone. Ultimately, I want to look like Cathe (who doesn't..haha) and right now, I just look ok.

Also, I'm not very patient, so I want to see some good things by the end of summer (actually by the end of July, but I'm trying to work on my patience).

Does that work?

You might consider the IMAX2/Cardio and Weights DVD (interval training to boost fat burning and a cardio/weight circuit workout), GS legs (to go along with the upper body workouts, and make a rottaion easier to do), ME/BootCamp (a full-body endurance weight workout and a challenging cardio/weights/plyo workout), and KPC/Legs and Glutes.

Thank you.

One more question. If I do a DVD that has weights in it, can I still to a weight DVD the following day? the DVDs that combine weights and cardio, seem to hit all the muscles, so I'm never really sure what weight DVD to do the following day.

Did that make sense?

If you do a cardio/weight workout, it would be best to do a cardio only workout the following day. Such as...

Mon. cardio/weight workout (circuit)
Tue. cardio
Wed. weights
Thurs. cardio
Fri. weights or cardio/weights
Sat. cardio

This is just an example. Cathe has created lots of monthly rotations you could choose from in the Rotations forum.

ok. I think I was over thinking it. Since her weight segments in her cardio/weight DVDs didn't seem as hard as her stand alone weight DVDs, i didn't know what to do.

I guess just following her rotations would be a good place to start...why do I have to make it more difficult? haha!

Thanks a lot!

I would love to purchase every single Cathe DVD, but for now, I just preordered the 4 day split!

Good luck!

Also, don't forget the variety of the premixes. For example, yesterday I did lower body stuff (B&G) and today I plan to do a circuit workout, but with an upper body premix (probably a premix on LIC that's upper body & cardio circuit only). I think that's o.k. Only problem is I'm still suffering DOMS from doing the G.S. upper body DVDs earlier in the week.
