Which dvd?

Hi, I thought there was an Elvis remix where Cathe does some exercise bending here front leg and and straightening her back in a leaning over position. I thought it was on L&G, but I did it today and didn't see it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and which dvd it might be on. Thanks in advance.

I also thought it was in L&G, but I do know that move is in muscle endurance.
