From others: I'm quite pleased with "MM21 Endurance" from montenegromethod.com , it made me feel the burn like few other workouts out there. Quick and easy to follow, no frills.
I would burn that awful Hip Hop Abs my boyfriend got me. I thought it was a gag gift, but he's just clueless... The music alone will make you want to commit arson.
I honestly cannot decide! That is a very tough question! I'd probably burn up cuz I really would have to grab ALL of them! Well, I might leave something like the beginner step behind! Ha! If I really, really had a second to choose, I guess it would be STS! (I might try to sneak IMAX 2 in-between the STS disks cuz it' a party...so much fun!)
For me I would grab Amy Bento's Kickbox Surge. And I would let burn Athletic Step. Out of all the Shock Cardio's that's the one I don't like. Sorry Cathe.
I just HAVE to take 2 - Slow and Heavy, which is the only one I took to the Road Trip 2008 and Cathe signed it - and Kick, Punch and Crunch. With those 2, I could stay fit.
I would burn Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred as well - but I already donated it to Goodwill LOL
