Which DVD would you get?

I'm purchasing some of the older workouts and can get one or the other...not both. I'm deciding between Pour Hour+Max Intensity Strenght+Body Max OR Body Blast Superset+Push Pull.
Which one would you get?

I've only been doing Cathe workouts for 2 months, so I'm new to all this.. but.. I've done a ton of looking at the DVDs and bought a ton ...

I love Supersets/Push Pull. 2 great workouts.

I have not tried the other.......

Are you looking for advanced? intermediate? mostly weight training? some cardio?

I've been working out with Cathe since 2008 and working out with weights over 20 years. Personally, I'd go with Supersets/Push Pull.

I would say you can't go wrong with either one. I have Super Sets/Push Pull and really like it particulaely on days when I am short on time.

Looks like Body Max some step in the beginning, so not sure if your ok with 25 minutes of step (I don't have this one but loved doing Power Hour when Cathe was on Fit TV).

So maybe go with SS/PP because you will probably use that one the most if your not really into cardio right now.

I really like power hour, but the other workouts one that DVD not as much. Ss/pp while I enjoy those workouts I hardly ever do them as they are not generally what I am looking for which is a shorter, easier workout. If you want shorter, total body workouts those fit the bill. If you prefer more intense workouts and do not mind them being older, then the power hour DVD would be the way to go.

I don't have SS/PP but I do have Power Hour. Body Max is one tough workout - and I mean tough beyond. I have done MIS a number of times too and really like it. I have not tried Power Hour on this DVD. For me - this DVD is a keeper for when I want a real advanced and thorough workout all wrapped in one.

good luck choosing. it's just so darn hard isn't it??? 'cos they're all great.

IMO, PH and MIS are tougher total body workouts than SS and PP. I own and enjoy both DVDs, but I use PH and MIS more. Plus Body Max is a great workout in and of itself when you want to combine tough cardio with lighter weights.

I have both DVDs, and both would be useful. But I enjoy MIS/PH more, so I keep returing to this video. If one wants a strength DVD without aerobics, I recommend MIS/PH.

I LOVE the SS/PP dvd much more. You can make them as easy or as hard as you want to, and for that, I turn to them often. They're also just fun.

The other DVD, however, offers three incredibly advanced workouts. Body Max has been my fitness test for the past 10 years. If it's doable, I know I'm doing well!! I just don't "enjoy" these workouts as much, probably only because they're so intense.

I think it completely depends on what you're looking for.
