Which dvd do I get next?

I have the 20% coupon burning a hole in my pocket so I have a few questions.

I like Power Hour a lot. Is Muscle Max similar to it? It seems kind of long for me. I only have an hour to work out each day.

Does anyone do BM2 in its entirety or do you use pieces of it or premixes?

I have PLB (my favorite leg workout) and 4DS and Butts and Guts (which I never use because it bothers my low back way too much). Do I need GS Legs?

I do not have a step only workout aside from Imax 2. Any suggestions? Thanks.
 
Muscle Max is slower pace than PH and you go a little heavier. It is my personal favorite of all the total body workouts. But like Cathe's other workouts, there's a number of premixes (including a time saver) that are shorter than the full routine if you can't do the entire workout.

For BM2: I've actually only done the whole thing a couple of times, I use the premixes on this one more often. I LOVE the premxes on this DVD and highly recommend it! Well, I actually recommend both! Oh, and the step portion of this workout is really fun!

I think MM is different enough from PH to purchase it. PH uses faster reps and I have to go lighter. I can heavy up quite a bit for MM and consider it a heavy total body workout.

I use BodyMax 2 as is and I use the premixes. It is pretty much everything in one workout and the premixes give you many, many options for cardio only, boot camp style workout, weights only, etc...

PLB is my favorite Cathe lower body workout. GS Legs is quite different from PLB. GS Legs is longer and has completely different sequencing of lower body exercises instead of doing 5 sets of the same exercise like PLB. It will keep your lower body routine fresh. I try not to do PLB too often b/c my body adjusts to it quickly.
