Well... I decided on my next Cathe DVD and I went with the one with these 3 workouts on it!! Wondering which one is the most intense and also, which one would be best for me to start with?? I've been using FIRM for my strength and it has helped me but I still have a ways to go!! I can hardly wait til these arrivebut want to know which workout to try first! Help me out everybody!!
