which Cathe weights' videos?

Ladies:

Two questions:

1) I have been doing the PS tape for legs the last three weeks with 40 pounds (the maximum weight I currently own...) and loving it. I am seeing some great results. My legs and butt of steel quite put my husband to shame!

What about the leaner legs video? How does it compare to the PS for legs tape? Tougher? Easier? Different exercises completely? More endurance or strength orientated? Would you advise me to get it or not?

2) How would you compare the PS strength tapes for upper body and abs with the strength training segments on the CTX series, which Cathe has said she will release later this Summer all on one separate video? Which is more comprehensive? Do the CTX upper body exercises focus on strength or endurance? Which do you prefer and recommend I buy to complete my Cathe video library?

Note: I already have both PH and MIS for endurance work. I am more interested now in gaining upper body strength.

Thank you all in advance for your comments and advice.

I think Leaner Legs is tougher than PS Legs, but it is more of an endurance oriented workout. The lunge section in particular is killer. For upper body, the CTX strength portions are my favorite and I cant wait until the compilation video is released! Some say these strength portions are more endurance oriented, but for me they lie somewhere in the middle btwn strength and endurance. They truly are unique. You mentioned you are interested in gaining upper body strength. The first thing that popped into my head was the Slow & Heay series. Have you considered purchasing this set?? It's very effective in the strength department.
