Which Cathe video to loan a Firmie?

Hi everyone,
A friend of mine has expressed an interest in borowing one of my Cathe videos. She has new Firms only, none of the old ones. I thought she might like C&W first, which others do you think I should lend her? I did warn her that she's going to hate me in about a month, when her credit card's begging for mercy, once she has to buy ALL Cathe's stuff.

Cardio and Weights might be a good choice because of the alternating cardio and weights, but I'd worry that the choreography is too much for someone who is used to the Firm. Does she do any other workouts?

I think Muscular Endurance would be a nice change, without being too intense (as long as she uses weights she can handle).
 
Ooh, ooh, the Wedding Tape for a newbie. I just got it in a trade, and I love it! It's fun, fun, fun, and not as difficult as some of the others. We wouldn't want to scare her off, now would we?

You're a genius! I completely forgot about the wedding tape. Duh!(smacking myself on the head!)
 
I would definitely pick C & W! It's such a blast and not too difficult. It's more up to date and exciting than the older ones. Even though I still like the older ones too.
 
My first Cathe tape was Power Max after doing years of Firms. Although I had done Karen Voight's Energy Sprint. It was not too difficult. Although my Firms were the first ones at the time which I think are somewhat more intense. Maybe Step Fit would be a good choice.

My first Cathe tape was Step Max. I only did the Firm tapes prior to attempting Step Max (well, this one was too hard for me and had to step back and do Karen Voight's Energy Sprint to get into shape for Cathe). Afer Step Max, I bought Power Max shortly after it was released and bought several others after this. I know many of you suggested Cardio and Weights. However, many of the moves in this workout aren't broken down. Hence, I would suggest her older tapes such as Step Max, Step Heat, or Getting Ready for your Wedding (as someone else suggested). Please let us know your friend's reaction to Cathe.
