Which Cathe strength tape will give me a toned but not bulky look?

I want to tone up without bulking up too much. Which of Cathe's strength workouts (and I have all of them including the Intensity series) will give me a more lean and defined look as opposed to bulky?

Any suggestions or comments would help!
 
I think that any of the muscular endurance focused workouts will give you a lean, toned look-- including powerhour, ME, MIS and the CTX series.
 
I like the s&h tapes which i do with a ctx tape. Cardio Kicks is also a great workout for upper and lower body.

Actually, the answer to your question "which" tapes is that all of the strength tapes will tone your muscles without making you "bulk." It depends on what you consider "bulk." If you look at Cathe's body & say "nope, not for me." Then you would want to lift a little lighter. If you look at her & think "yeah, that's what I'm shooting for," lift heavier.

You shouldn't be afraid of lifting heavy unless you already know that you tend to grow muscle really easily & start looking like something you don't want to look like. But I'm guessing from your question, that isn't the case. So, lift heavy for a while & then lift light for a while. Rotate like this & you should find what works for your body.
