Actually, the answer to your question "which" tapes is that all of the strength tapes will tone your muscles without making you "bulk." It depends on what you consider "bulk." If you look at Cathe's body & say "nope, not for me." Then you would want to lift a little lighter. If you look at her & think "yeah, that's what I'm shooting for," lift heavier.
You shouldn't be afraid of lifting heavy unless you already know that you tend to grow muscle really easily & start looking like something you don't want to look like. But I'm guessing from your question, that isn't the case. So, lift heavy for a while & then lift light for a while. Rotate like this & you should find what works for your body.
