Which Cathe Cardio Workouts are steady state?

I've been doing a lot of interval training and I love it but I have been neglecting steady state, moderate heart rate.

Which of her cardio workouts would you consider steady state?

I have the following:

the New lowimpact step
the wedding tape
Step heat
MIC
bodymax
step blast (the entire bodyblast seried)
The entire Imax series
Stepfit
Cardio kicks
Kickmax
KPC

its hard to say b/c i dont have a few of those workouts and the ones i do have, they do have a steady state segment and then cathe just loves to add those blasts LOL.
i have MIC which is the closest thing to steady state but it starts low and moves to high impact then intense step. body max's step segment is pretty steady and kpc is for the most part. i hope this helps a little.

I would say the closest steady state workouts are StepFit, The Wedding tape, MIC and Step Heat. They all have high impact but your heart rate will stay more steady vs doing the Imaxes. And as already mentioned Step Blast without the Challenge. Oh and the new Low Impact Step.

Thanks. I am going to pay attention to my heart rate when I do those workouts so I can narrow them down in further.

I feel like doing Stepblast tonight. "it's a blast.":)
 
Your list of workouts says the entire IMAX series. I think you mean Intensity Series. If so, Cardio and Weights has a step premix that's about 25 minutes long and is steady-state. There's a similar step-only premix on SJP of the BodyBlast Series.

Diane - you are right. I meant Intensity series.

I only have Imax2. I never got Imax1 and had to trade Imax3 because it was too high impact for me.

I forgot about the C&W pre-mix. I love that workout. I have done it so much that I don't even have to look at the TV anymore and can just concentrate on heart rate.
