Which Body Blast Workout should I do first???

:D Do whichever one interests you the most whether it be step, kickbox, weights, circuit. In my case that was "Step Blast" as I LOVE Cathe's choreographically challenged step routines and as it turns out, this vid is my fav followed in a close second by "Step, Pump and Jump". Enjoy!
 
Step Blast is my current fave... it took me three times to get it, but it's just too much fun and has some great intervals at the end. OR, you could do Push & Pull and just do the first two sections of Body Blast and leave the intervals for later... that way you can do TWO tomorrow! :7

I'm going to start with the Timesaver DVD and play around with the workout blender. This will be a fun way to sample a little of everything!

I'm asking the same question! I might play with a premix that looks like it has a total body workout on it, or I might do one of the cardio workouts. I'm so excited! I even took an active rest week so I wouldn't have any DOMS before starting my BB rotation!

You just HAVE to do this one first!!!!! Its my absolute FAVORITE & I've been doing Cathe for 12 yrs. She really raised the bar on this one; its tough but so much FUN FUN FUN!!!!! Kathy
