Where were the HiiT workouts filmed?

I did 30/30 today for the first time (loved it!) and I'm not sure if it was in this one or 20/40, but in the studio windows, you saw the Empire State Building and other NYC buildings. I live in NYC and know that there's no way Cathe could possibly have had that view from her regular studio in New Jersey (too far inland and too far away), so I'm wondering: was this filmed in the City, or were those posters in the windows? Just wondering. Great view, regardless.

Our Studio

Our studio uses the same methods that Hollywood often uses to film a movie. The NYC skyline you see in STS is actually a giant photo that is about the size of a house.
