I wanted to get started with some Cathe videos but there are so many! I don't know where to start!
Two years ago I was teaching cycling/spinning classes and in great shape. Then I got pregnant and had a high risk pregnancy with lots of bedrest so I'm not in the shape I used to be. I have a 4 month old that I'm nursing and need to lose about 25 lbs. I also have two other kids so life is busy!
Soooo..where to start? I used to lift very heavy and I have to get my heart rate up and keep it up to lose weight. My body fights me all the way! I'd love some suggestions. I was thinking about the 4 day split with maybe a couple more cardio workouts? Thanks for any advice!!
