Well, lookee there! Another Texan. You're pretty far down there, huh? Some of us North Texans have been kicking around the idea of a Dallasite Catheite get-together. We may have to change the Dallasite portion in your honor if you'd be interested in participating (when and if we ever get it scheduled).;-)

Marla got back to ya already I see - and I think (can't remember where and have no idea if I'm making this up) amy_b (is that right?) is from Plano along with Marla! I haven't ever formally "talked" with her, but seems I saw a post once (drat that foggy memory)... There probably are more, wouldn't ya think? Maybe more south Texans? Do you know?

Not sure why I'm jumping on you guy's (ya'lls) post, but you're making me envious. I live in Texas for 10 years (College Station and Dallas) and have missed it ever sinced I moved in '94. Now I live in Minnesota. How good do you think the Mexican food and BBQ is here? x(

Hey, sorry I just read this. Margaritas are good anywhere, especially the more you have! On the Border!!! Wouldn't I kill for that! We have Don Pablos and Chevy's which are OK.
I lived in CS from '85-90 when I went to A&M.
I moved when I got married. DH is from here. It really is a nice place. Ask me to repeat that on Friday, when the high is expected to be minus 7!

Cool! I graduated from A&M in '93. Then I moved here to the big D for grad school. I lived in CS from oh... 6th grade through high school, and then hung around for college. Guess we just missed each other as Ags, cuz I graduated HS in '90, right when you were leaving. What was your major? That CS has a climate all its own, duddin it?
